If holiday cover, a move or a doctor's appointment is suddenly added to the cleaning, you don't need anyone new. We cover the whole household.

We work all over Germany, wherever you live. Travel is included in the hourly rate.
Yes. Several members of our team speak English, and we deliberately assign them to international households in Heidelberg. Please mention it in your enquiry and we will plan accordingly.
For regular household help we usually need one to two weeks, because we assign you a permanent person. Holiday cover, shopping and tradesman appointments are often possible within a few days.
Yes. All employees are registered with full social insurance, we carry liability insurance and you receive a proper invoice – no undeclared work, no risk for you as the client.
Usually yes. Household-related services are deductible at 20 percent of the labour cost, up to €4,000 per year, provided you have an invoice and pay by bank transfer. You get both automatically.
No. Regular bookings run monthly and can be cancelled with two weeks' notice. One-off jobs are simply booked individually.
