Happi Housekeeping is the household division of the Happi Group in Heidelberg. We started with commercial building cleaning – until one question kept coming up: “Do you do that in my home as well?” Today private households are a division of their own, with their own team and their own rules.
Platforms send whoever happens to be free. We assign one person to you and keep them there. That takes more planning, but it is the only way trust develops – and trust is not negotiable in a home where somebody works while you are out.
Our staff are employed with full social insurance, not paid as freelancers. They are trained, work from a checklist for each property and are given their materials. That costs a little more than casual help, but it takes the employer's risk off you completely.
Our office is at Hans-Bunte-Str. 8-10 in 69123 Heidelberg. From there we cover the region: Mannheim, Schwetzingen, Leimen, Wiesloch, Eppelheim, Dossenheim, Ladenburg, Weinheim, Walldorf and everything in between. The radius of around 30 kilometres is deliberate – it keeps our staff out of the car and makes short-notice changes possible.
We are not a care service. Personal care, medication and anything medical are not part of our work – we cooperate with local nursing services and are happy to refer you. We also do not work at height or on façades; that belongs to our colleagues in facility management.
If the household turns into a move, or the flat into a whole property, you do not need to look for a new provider. Happi Facility Management handles building cleaning, caretaking and grounds maintenance, Happi Van Rental supplies vans and removal vehicles with accessories. One contact, three divisions.
