Most of our work is classic housework – done by people who look after the same home every week and therefore know where the dust gathers and which product belongs on which floor. You get a permanent person instead of changing temps, and we bring materials and equipment if you wish.

The one-off, thorough clean – including oven, fridge interior and tile grouting.
Glass, frames, slats and blinds – inside and out, up to a safely reachable height.
Washing, drying, folding and ironing – we also take textiles to the dry cleaner and collect them.
Form, phone call or email – you describe roughly what you need.
We visit free of charge and look at the home and the tasks.
You receive the hourly rate, time frame and list of services in writing.

On request, yes. Many customers prefer their own products because they suit their floors and surfaces. If we supply materials we charge a small flat rate of €4 per visit.
Yes, that is our standard. In case of holiday or illness we tell you in advance and send a briefed stand-in – or move the appointment if you prefer.
For a three-room flat allow six to ten hours depending on condition, usually with two people in one day. We look at the flat beforehand and give you a binding range.
Up to a height safely reachable with ladder and telescopic pole, yes. For lifting platforms or façade heights we refer you to our colleagues at Happi Facility Management.
We come round without obligation, look at what needs doing and send you a written quote with a fixed hourly rate.
