With a key you hand over against a receipt. Keys are stored numbered and without any address in a secured key cabinet and returned after the job.
We carry liability insurance. In case of water damage, power failure or signs of a break-in we call you immediately and act once you approve – in case of imminent danger also beforehand.
You decide. Two to three visits per week are usual for plants and post, daily for cats, twice daily for dogs.
No. We work with day visits. For longer absences we agree a visiting pattern that makes the home look occupied from outside.
We come round without obligation, look at what needs doing and send you a written quote with a fixed hourly rate.
