All prices are gross guide prices including VAT, travel within a 30 km radius of Heidelberg and liability insurance. Materials flat rate of 4 € per visit if we supply cleaning products and equipment. Saturday surcharge 25 %.
Household services are tax-deductible in Germany at 20 per cent of the labour cost, up to 4,000 € per year. For three hours of weekly cleaning that adds up to several hundred euros a year.
The conditions: a proper invoice and payment by bank transfer. You get both automatically – we deliberately do not accept cash.

By the hour. The first hour is charged in full, after that in quarter-hour steps. You receive a monthly invoice and pay by bank transfer, which is also the condition for tax deductibility.
Yes. From two visits per week or four hours per visit we agree a reduced hourly rate. We discuss that in the quote.
Only if we supply products and equipment: a 4 € materials flat rate per visit. If we use your own products, it does not apply.
Saturdays are possible by arrangement with a 25 % surcharge. On Sundays and public holidays we only do pet care and house-sitting visits.
